One district fits all
Europaviertel is one of the largest district developments in Germany. Once completed, approximately 13,000 people will live and work in the western section alone (not including Central & Park). As landowner, Aurelis has worked closely with the city of Frankfurt to create a land-use plan for Europaviertel West and establish green spaces and developments.
Residential land plots in the Boulevard West, Helenenhöfe and Parkend districts have been sold to external parties. Our customers – typically developers – are responsible for these projects.
