Europaviertel is located in central Frankfurt, between the Messe (exhibition center), the central railway station, Platz der Einheit and the Rebstock parkland. It is the city’s last major urban development.

Aurelis owns Europaviertel West, and is responsible for developing this 670,000 square meter site. The project focuses on the areas to the west of Emser Brücke – Boulevard Mitte, Boulevard West, Parkend, and Helenenhöfe.
